At jimitcard.com, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

We provide a very simple solution for the issue of PRODUCT NOT LIKED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED.

Our site does facilitate buying samples. So if you like something, we recommend you first buy sample of that product as well as 2-3 similar products to compare. So when you get products in person, you see paper, material, quality, finish etc. and then decide on BULK ordering a product which you like the most.

If you don’t wish to buy samples, our site has a facility that allows you to see multiple pictures of the cards or videos before making up your decision or ordering in quantities. Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual printed card.

Though we try our best to supply cards of the same size as specified on our website, there can be circumstances when the size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned therein.

Only Blank cards can be exchanged*. PRINTED CARDS cannot be EXCHANGED / RETURNED.
(*The goods will be exchanged only if they are not as described)

No returns / refunds are entertained on grounds of your not liking the design and / or product, paper, color variation from the sample. As the paper used for the product may vary both in gsm ( grams per square meter) and colour. A variation of +-10% is an acceptable norm worldwide. Products will be returned only if there is a huge variation from the sample.

Request of return or exchange has to be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. After this time no claim will be entertained.

All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.

Kindly send via couriers with tracking facilities.

Refunds will be initiated only after receipt of the goods in good condition. If the refund has been agreed the shipping charge from Mumbai (India) to destination and from destination to Mumbai will be deducted from the Bill amount before making the refund. Any taxes, charges paid at destination country are to be borne by the buyer. 7 working days are required from the date of receipt of goods to process the refund.

We believe this is a once in a lifetime occasion and nobody wants to spoil the festive mood. Our site tries best to make this occasion memorable by giving quality cards, as a happy ending is must.
